New Family Member

So after not having a dog for 3 years now we decided to take the plunge and get another dog. The boys are old enough to enjoy one now so we did research and decide on a Pomeranian. We looked for a while before we found Roxie on craigslist. I was surprised at how expensive they can be but we managed to find a good price from a breeder here locally.

Roxie is a ball of energy and you just can't not love her when you look at her little fox like face. She is growing fast and learning slow. She can already sit and come when told but the potty training is proving to be a slow process. She loves the outdoors in spite of the fact that she is an indoor dog. Walking around our 2 acres she looks really small but thinks she is a German Shepherd.

Gun Control is Hitting What You're Aiming At

Owning a gun is a touchy subject these days for some people. Unfortunately those who oppose the Second Amendment seem to have the biggest mouths and get the most press, continuing to give the illusion that the minority is somehow the majority.

It has been said and even put on bumper stickers that "guns don't kill people, people kill people". Or as another sticker said, "If guns kill people then the fork made Rosie O'Donnell fat." The reality is that people will kill each other with any tool, be it fist, stick, knife or gun. The Second Amendment was established to allow every citizen to own a firearm for protection. If you don't want to own a gun, by all means don't. Defend yourself with what ever weapon you prefer. The point is that if someone is considering breaking into my home they have to think twice about taking the chance of dying for their crime. That's what we call a deterrent.

The Beginning

What is vitamin C? Simply put it is my general thoughts. There may not be any rhyme or reason to my entries as far as topic goes. It's just the stuff that I want to put out there that doesn't have a specific place.
